Work Scope:

• Remove & rehang cockpit
• Remove, rehab, paint & reinstall engine
• Remove, repair & reinstall all systems, provide access
• Update & upgrade electrical wiring
• Update domestic systems & bilge hosing
• Replace & refasten 22 white oak frames & stringers
• Replank as necessary
• Refasten/recaulk planking around mast step
• Replace two floor timbers, hanging knees & butt blocks
• Rebed chainplates
• Paint the hull, cockpit, housetop, interior, bottom & bilges
• Varnish, exterior, sole & spars
• Install new thru-hull fittings
• Replace aft water tank
• Service holding tank, replace all hosing & valves
• Install, plumb & wire new head
• Replace batteries & reconfigure cabling
• Mount new light fixtures below
• Polish & pressure test fuel tanks, weld repair
• Fabricate & install new rudder tube
• Replace propeller shaft
• Repack stuffing box
• Replace centerboard trunk
• Replace centerboard cable
• Replace lifelines
• Remove, service & reinstall engine
• Replace engine control cables
• Replace throttle and shift controls
• Upgrade engine beds with G-10
• Survey & reassemble rudder & steering gear
• Survey & service traditional rigging
• Replace hardware on new Sitka Spruce mizzen & stays’l booms
• Service windlass
