A highly anticipated custom hardtop has been hoisted onto a Little Harbor 62 for final mounting. Wires and lights have been carefully fed and aligned according to design, and each stainless mounting flange has been paired with a G-10 backing plate fixed inside the hardtop. Bolting the frame to these blocks creates a strong union between the metal and fiberglass elements. The team is now working on wiring the integrated lights and solar panels. This functional update has artistic appeal; its form is almost sculptural in nature. Kudos to our metal, composite, and systems technicians for this successful, carefully thought out, and highly collaborative effort.
