A 1995 custom Lyman-Morse 46 was rolled into the Paint Bay on Monday morning. The paint team promptly began prepping the house and hull for refinishing. Today, the carpenters joined in the mix and began removing the boat’s old teak transom. Soon, this will be replaced with all new 1/8″ teak. The new transom will start above the swim platform, moving the wood up and away from existing through-hulls. The painters will carry the bootstripe/waterline around the stern, accordingly.
